The route connects the Gopanpally flyover towards the ORR service road through the Vattinagulapally side . The existing stretch has been described as narrow and damaged, forcing many commuters to use longer alternative routes. For thousands of apartment residents and IT employees in the western corridor, the project could improve local access to the ORR. According to HMRL’s official tender information, the consultancy package covers major proposed links towards Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Kokapet Neopolis, the Old City and Hayat Nagar .
