Hyderabad Housing Sales Fall 13% in H1 2026 as New Launches Surge and Average Home Price Rises

A new Hyderabad Housing Report from CREDAI Hyderabad and CRE Matrix shows that 26,068 homes were sold during the first half of calendar year 2026 , a decline of 13% year-on-year . At the same time, the total value of residential sales reached ₹52,913 crore , making Hyderabad the third-largest residential market in India by sales value during the period.
