According to ANAROCK Research, 12,970 homes were sold in Hyderabad during Q3 2026 , up 15% from 11,305 units in the same quarter last year . That was the highest year-on-year sales growth among the seven major housing markets tracked in the report. The bigger number, however, is on the supply side.
