According to HMRL’s official tender information, the consultancy package covers major proposed links towards Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Kokapet Neopolis, the Old City and Hayat Nagar . The tender schedule listed September 17, 2026 as the closing date after HMRL issued clarifications and an addendum earlier this month.
